This is a New Zealand owned and operated business. A hidden gem only 40-60 minutes from Auckland CBD and airport. Clarks Beach Holiday Park (New Zealand) is a beautiful, spacious family camp on the shores of the Manukau Harbour with panoramic views of the adjacent golf course and beach. This spot is ideally suited for leisurely holidaying and is a popular base for large groups and sports teams. We encourage family groups and have a strict alcohol policy.
Clarks Beach Holiday Park has plenty of things to do with a covered swimming pool, mini-golf, TV/games room, and there are also pedal carts available for children to hire. Clarks Beach also happens to be a great fishing and scallop-gathering spot. Note that out swimming pool is a cold pool that is closed over winter.
Accommodation
Clarks Beach Holiday Park has a variety of affordable holiday accommodation including premium and kitchen cabins, cabins suitable for groups of up to 42 people, our Lodge that sleeps 14 persons, plus spacious powered campervan sites and tent sites.
About Us
Tucked away on a peaceful peninsula surrounded by the tranquil waters of the inner Manukau Harbour, Clarks Beach Holiday Park is a relaxing retreat that's still close to the action — and just 40–50 minutes from Auckland Airport.
We're a popular first or last stop for motorhome travellers arriving on long-haul flights, offering spacious powered sites on easy hard stands – perfect for resting and refreshing before hitting the road or catching your flight home.
Nearby, you'll find plenty to explore, including Rainbow's End, Pukekohe Raceway, Spookers Haunted House, and five golf courses, all within a 20-minute drive of the park.
Over the summer months, we also welcome well-behaved dogs on a pre-arranged basis. Our pet-friendly sites are limited to a maximum of eight dog sites in the park at any one time, so early booking is essential. Please note:
- One dog per site, unless otherwise arranged with camp management.
- No aggressive breeds or dogs showing aggressive behaviour are permitted.
- Dogs must be contained or on a lead at all times while in the park.
- Dogs are not allowed in communal areas such as the kitchen, pool, or shower block.

Staying with Us
We're excited to welcome you to Clarks Beach Holiday Park!
To ensure our facilities are fresh and clean for all guests, our office is open daily from 1pm to 6pm. During the winter months, we close a little earlier at 5pm.
Please note: for the comfort and safety of all guests, only registered campers are allowed on-site. If you're catching up with friends or family, we kindly ask that visitors are met off-site.
When you pay your deposit, you're confirming your agreement to our park's terms and conditions. These are available on the back of the camp map and will also be explained again when you check in – so everything is clear and easy.
⚡ EV Charging:
Our current power supply is for domestic use only, so
charging electric vehicles (EVs) within the campground isn't permitted just
yet. However, there's a handy EV charging station nearby at Kingseat Vegetable
Shop.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings:
Bookings are not confirmed until 50% of the total booking deposit is
received.
Balance of fees are to be paid on or before date of arrival.
Bookings within 7 days
the full amount should be paid on booking.
Minimum number of night's stay or minimum charges may apply.
Please check when confirming
your booking.
Check in from 1pm to 6pm. Winter hours check in by 5pm or arrange a late check
in.
Check out by 10am on day of departure.
Late and early arrivals incur a $30 fee unless late
check in has been arranged prior.
Tariffs and Conditions are subject to alteration without notice.
Please check with the camp
management before inviting visitors to the park. Registered campers onsite only.
Cancellation Policy: Please check the cancellation policy as confirming this booking will be deemed acceptance of the terms of the cancellation policy.
- Once the deposit is made it is non-refundable.
- However, if a booking made for the off- peak season is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, we will refund you the deposit less an admin fee of $30 per site if the booked site or accommodation is able to be re-sold at the same rate, and that booking is completed and payment made. That refund will be paid on application only by email to info@clarksbeachholidaypark.co.nz All other bookings cancelled within the 30 days of arrival will lose deposits.
- There will be no refunds of deposits for cancellations of bookings during peak season dates. Peak season is 20th December to 31st January and well as all long weekends and the Easter break.
- Full payment will be required if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date. We are authorised to deduct any payment remaining unpaid from the card details held to secure the booking. If there are insufficient funds on that card then those funds become payable immediately and any costs incurred in the collection of those funds are also payable including but not limited to legal costs.
- There are no refunds for leaving earlier than booked and this includes any shortening of the booked sites or accommodation for any reason during the stay such as inclement weather (but not limited to inclement weather) or if the campers are asked to leave due to non-compliance with the terms of occupancy.
Payment Methods:
Mastercard / Visa (a 2% surcharge applies). Credit card must
be logged for all accommodation, balance may be paid on arrival by EFTPOS.
Visitors:
No visitor policy. Visitors must pay camping fees to come on site and
use the facilities.

Guest WiFi Terms & Conditions:
This free WiFi service is provided for the convenience of guests staying at Clarks Beach Holiday Park.
When you are using our WiFi, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
1. Access & Monitoring
- WiFi access is provided at our discretion and may be slowed, limited, or disconnected at any time without notice.
- We may monitor usage and keep basic connection logs (such as time, device, and IP address).
- We may share information with law enforcement if required by law or if illegal activity is suspected.
2. Service Limitations
- The WiFi is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be available, secure, or free from errors or viruses.
- Use is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using the service.
- The service may not support streaming, large downloads, or high-bandwidth activities during busy periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the WiFi to:
- Download, view, or share illegal or offensive material.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others online.
- Access or attempt to access anyone else's computer, account, or data.
- Spread viruses, spam, or other harmful software.
- Conduct business or commercial activities.
4. Privacy & Security
- Please do not use the WiFi for confidential or financial transactions — it is a public network.
- Protect your own devices with up-to-date antivirus software.
5. Liability
We accept no responsibility for:
- Any loss of data, personal information, or damage to your device.
- Any interruption or failure of the service.
You agree to use the WiFi responsibly and to indemnify Clarks Beach Holiday Park, its owners, and staff from any claims or damages arising from misuse of the service.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
